I don’t like the product – can I return it?
Yes. Thanks to our 30-day money-back guarantee, you can return products to us within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied. Please note:
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide a return label and deduct the applicable amount from your refund.
- Accessories only or Entry models: €9.99 per parcel. You may pack several add-ons into one larger box to reduce costs. You must drop off the return yourself at a post office or DHL service point.
- Desk components (Pro desk frames and tabletops): €39.99 within Germany. Add-ons may be included at no extra cost where appropriate. The goods will be collected by the freight carrier GEL.
- Returns from outside Germany: an additional €10 per parcel.
- Products must be returned complete, undamaged, and carefully packaged. A deduction for diminished value may apply in the circumstances described below.
- We cannot provide a full refund for damaged products.
- Your refund will be processed once we have received and inspected the goods.
I have already assembled the desk – can I still return it?
Yes. You may return the desk after assembly. However, if the tabletop has been screwed to the frame or otherwise altered, we will deduct compensation for the resulting loss in value. The visible marks left by assembly mean that the tabletop can no longer be sold as new.
The following fixed deductions apply:
- Pro tabletop: €100
- Aura tabletop: €200
- Entry desk: €50, because the tabletop and frame are supplied together in one box
- Pro desk frame: no deduction
- Add-ons and accessories: no deduction
When does a deduction apply?
- You open the box and unpack the product but decide you do not like it: no deduction.
- You assemble the desk frame and place the tabletop loosely on it without screwing it into place: no deduction.
- You screw the tabletop to the frame or otherwise alter it: a deduction applies.
Our recommendation before attaching the tabletop:
- If you would like to see the assembled desk first, build the frame and carefully place the tabletop on it without screwing it into place. This lets you assess the complete desk without leaving marks.
- If you are unsure about the colour or design, contact our support team before ordering. We will be happy to send you additional photos or videos of the relevant version.
I received a damaged product – what happens now?
Don’t worry: the statutory warranty applies. You are entitled to receive a product free from defects. Please:
- contact us immediately if you notice any damage;
- document the issue with photos, including the packaging as it arrived; and
- follow our return instructions. If we need the product back for inspection, we will arrange collection at our expense.
We only collect goods when this is necessary for inspection. If collection is not required, you are responsible for disposing of the goods correctly.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within one month without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is one month from the day on which:
- you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;
- you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last good, if you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately; or
- you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, if you ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (ODYN GmbH, Oststraße 116, 40210 Düsseldorf, Germany, telephone: +49 211 97533528, email: support@leetdesk.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification that you are exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. This does not include additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.
We will issue the reimbursement using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you returned them, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal, to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning goods that can and cannot normally be sent by parcel. The applicable amounts are set out below.
Return Shipping Costs
- Goods that can be sent by parcel, such as accessories and Entry models: €9.99 per parcel within Germany.
- Goods that cannot be sent by parcel, such as Pro and Aura desk frames and tabletops: €39.99 within Germany. Collection will be carried out by our logistics partner GEL Express.
- Returns from outside Germany: an additional €10.00 per parcel.
The applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Compensation for Diminished Value and Packaging
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods where that loss in value results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, in accordance with section 357(7) of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Diminished value after assembly or alteration
Screwing a tabletop to a desk frame goes beyond merely inspecting the product. The visible pressure marks and other traces caused by assembly mean that the tabletop can no longer be sold as new. We therefore deduct the following fixed amounts from the refund:
- Pro tabletop, screwed into place: €100
- Aura tabletop, screwed into place: €200
- LeetDesk Entry, unpacked and assembled: €50
- LeetDesk Pro desk frame: €0
- Add-on products: €0
For an Entry desk, the €50 deduction applies regardless of whether the tabletop was screwed into place. The tabletop and frame are supplied together in one package, and unpacking and assembly typically take place together.
